you do play sports which your active..right? so that mean your metabolism is going up which would variety you eat more..you probably weigh what you weigh do to muscle youve gain. eat breakfast, lunch and not a large dinner...

well i know sumthing that will go and get your weight down, but you have to in actuality WANT to do it.jump rope. jump rope for roughly 4-7 minutes everyday and if you want, jog after. jumping rope contained by my opinion is better than running because your body is constantly moving and after about 3 minutes, you can really grain the burn. with running, you can get too comfortable, such as slowing the gait down, if u get what i mean. jump rope is more like, JUMP or you stop. so yeahhealthy foods + jump rope = fairly quick weightloss. fitting luck :D
flabby arms? don't do pushups, do dips
get a chair and place your hand on the chair
the set up should be you have your support to the seat
you place your hands at the rear yourself onto the seat
move your legs away from the chair and dance 'up and down'
its less effort but works better than pushups
