I'm have a complex time sleeping?

I usually fall asleep easily but lately, things hold been pretty hectic for me. Yesterday night, around 12am, I tried to sleep but couldn't. I've tried definitely everything but I couldn't get to sleep. At about 5 hours subsequent I fell to sleep, I don't know how though. This has been arranged for a few days now, should I consult a doctor or is this normal for someone who can't clear their mind?

I've also be having extensive period torment for 2 days. Is that what's been keep me awake for such a long time?

I'm not looking forward for tonight at adjectives, I don't want to stay up for another 5 hours again. Help or advice would be appreciated.

Hmmm? Try taking some meds (Motrin/Pamrin for example) to help alleviate the pain of your interval. That may help. You can also try taking some Tylenol PM which will help the backache and help you sleep.

Avoid caffeine.
