I was diagnosed with Anaemia roughly speaking 3 months ago now, cos i don't have any iron within my blood and i've gotta go and have another blood interview soon to see it is, after taking my iron tablets. But i still don't feel right, my energy is wager on up, but i'm still quite tired alot and i just constantly soreness and get pains all over and i give the impression of being to shake :S I'm not sure if these are also symptoms as i didn't really talk about it beside my doctor, i'm worried that it could be something serious. But if it was like i dunno Lukemia perchance they would of known when i had my blood question paper last because my white blood sells wouldn't be run of the mill yeah ?! And i know having Anaemia can cause it and that.
Arghh, i'm so worried,
I'm debating whether i should move about and see my doctor next week =/

You need to receive tested to know the response to therapy.
They would have found leukaemia contained by the previous test, if it was in attendance.
Don't worry about leukaemia, you don't enjoy it.

I would guess that your GP would've done a full screen to rule out any singular "nasties", so thinkg like leukemia should've been ruled out already?
Has your GP discusssd the casue of your anaemia? They may refer you to a haematologist to do some further test!
My anaemia was eventually found to be casued by hypothyroisism, now I run one pill a day and am starting to feel better (No more ferrous sulphate...yay...no more dodgy poo's!)
I would pinch another trip to your GP. But in the meantim, keep taking your tablets (not next to tea, milk, coffee or cola...as these stop the effects!), fresh orange juice help the absorbtion of iron pills. Eat plenty of green veg, and unless you are veggie, lots of red meats and liver etc.
