I'm having symptoms that I read progesterone cream helps, close to blood sugar problems, excessive hunger, intolerance to heat, thyroid issues, loss of sex drive, vaginal dryness, menstrual cramps, etc. I believe I'm having these problems because of a less of estrogen or progesterone due to my diet being high contained by soy. Anyway, is it safe for me to use progesterone cream even though I'm not close to menopause?
