Any blood and urine test done in a regular check up will be for things like your iron level and whether there's any glucose in your urine - there's no point in spending laboratory time checking for the presence of birth control hormones!

And if you guess your doctor would judge you negatively for taking birth control pills, maybe you should find a smaller number judgmental doctor!

They cant tell at all. You should achieve a prescription for them from your doctor - just so they know you are on them. So, get your checkup, mention you want to be on birth control and its adjectives better. They think they put you on them, you dont have to maintain secrets from your doctor and life go on.
