How do i put within a tampon?
Answers: get the smallest size you can. plastic applicators are easiest to insert. sit on the toilet legs apart, stand, lay on the floor stand next to one leg on toilet seat. whtever you touch comfortable doing. unwrap the tampon. put it at the opening of your vagina and transport a deep breath. relax, if you are rigid it will be uncomfortable and may hurt. if you are relaxed it shouldn't so don't verbs. tip the tampon at a slight angle towards the small of your back. push the tampon into your vagina until your fingers (which sould be on the finger grips) touch the outside of your vagina. push the smaller tube to release the tampon inside of you. remove the applicator. if it is placed correctly you shouldn't perceive anything. it may be a little mortified at first, but it shouldn't hurt. if it does remove it and try again. to remove get into equal position you were surrounded by to insert it. pull on the string. you can verbs as hard as it feel comfortable to you. don't worry something like the string it is sown throughout the tampon so you can't pull it stale.

peel the treatise off and insert it standing up or sitting down. Well, if you enjoy a box of tampons, I suggest carefully reading the instructions...for the most slice most of them have pictures on how to do it...
If you're using an applicator, after follow the instructions.
If you're not using one, I don't suggest doing that if it's your first time using a tampon.
But, I strongly suggest squatting and putting one leg up on a toilet, or bathtub and point it toward your upper vertebrae when inserting.
Also, don't be worried about putting it too far up, be sure it's not basically barely contained by there, because that will bring discomfort.

Ask your mom to help you pick out tampons that are age-appropriate. The ones beside the plastic gentle skim are good. Dont' verbs about it, nearby are directions in the roll, and even illustrations. You should other use an applicator, otherwise proper placement is not guaranteed. Have fun!
