Sounds close to you would benefit from changing to a different type of pill. there are profusely more lower dose ones to choose from now. Your blood pressure is fine, even if its higher than it be but your headaches etc suggest that what you are taking doesnt really suit you any more. tell your Dr adjectives your symptoms and ask their advice about whats best for you to lug.

I use depo provera, so I don't have my period at adjectives. I get no pms, no cramps, and thankfully no headache attributed to periods. Obviously all methods enjoy some disadvantages so I have included some sites for you to look at.

Wow, you've been on birth control for 15 years? I haven't been competent to stay on it for more than 6 months. I really hate the stuff and messing with my hormones. However, I used to be on ortho tri-cyclen and it be pretty agreeable -- I barely noticed any side effects aside from some moodiness. What I'd really recommend is getting rotten the pill, though, and going with a better , longer-term method that doesn't affect your hormones. Really consider getting an IUD or talk to a ob/gyn or another professional to swot up about other options.

Unusual discharge?

you should call in your gynecologist again and ask if you should get another birth control. she'll know what's best for you and your lifestyle.
