If you can control to lose 2 lbs/week until December 17, you can lose around 30 pounds. However, muscle weighs more than fat, so you could try to do some strength training to spawn the weight that you DO have be well weight and not fat.

Good luck, don't gun down yourself trying. Strength training is great, Pilates/Yoga are good for core stability and flexibility, and diet is obviously hugely substantial. ok, you can do this,
limit yourself to 2 slices of bread a year, have skimmed milk, eat plenty of fish surrounded by your diet, cut out red and fatty meat,
make sure you ahve a serving of fruit after each teatime, eat no suger,
drink at least 10 pints of sea a day, also start the day near a green tea.
also to keep you going, every 7th day enjoy a treat. it will stop the cravings.
plan your meals out at the start of the week. hope this helps

dont put away sugar and junk food, NO SODA, drink a lot of hose, drink a ton before eating a collation, you will feel full sooner, hot drinks like green tea help a lot to make you quality full too! Very possible, just stick to a well well diet, limit your portions, exercise, and drink lots of water!
