The first part of the pad is the cover beside a sticky item. Pull that tab up and then take the snake of the package and pull that stern. You pull that back til the wad is almost like standing up.Then after that take the wipe off the inside strip that is attached to the covering and put it on the panties.
After you put the pad on the panties then on the top of the wad is the thing that holds the wings contained by on the pad after it was made. Take one of the corners of that piece of thesis holding the wings and pull backbone and off. The wings will presently be loosened.
Then wrap the wings to the under margin of your panties.

The papers are attached like stickers. Just outer layer the paper off of the wad. You will want to pull the long one off first and stick the wad to your panties. Then take the smaller papers off of the sides and fold them over to the underside of your panties. It is graceful and you will get the hang of it! Good Luck!!
