I open-handed of own impossible posture, what can I do to develop it?
I'm 16 years old.
A girl.
I sleep on my tummy.
When I stand (or sit) my shoulders go forward.
It's not extremely impossible, but I don't like it.
My bra size is 34A if that helps, because I've hear of people having doomed to failure posture due to their large breasts.
What can I do to improve lacking having to do physical therapy? Some at home things please?
Answers: Take salsa
=).
The only real bearing to get better posture is by practicing it. Your erector spinae, obliques and other muscles that control posture need to obtain functional practice...much like it takes practice to shoot a free throw, throw a globe, to remember to take out the trash, to wash your hand, etc. It's a habit and skill.
Sleeping on your tummy is OK
Physical therapy, contained by of itself, does not improve posture. What changes posture is simple behavioral obsession.
Try these following tips:
1. Set a watch so that every hour the alarm goes stale and you "check" your posture
2. Several times a day, perform 10 repetition of going from a slouched to an "overcorrected" posture
3. Sit beside a rolled up towel at your belt line
4. Engaging in physical hobby that requires attention to posture can help make you more aware...as someone mentioned above, waltz and yoga are good options.
In the expiration, it's a behavior that needs to change and near are no specific "exercises" to improve your posture.
Good luck..

Best.
You should take yoga or look up some yoga type exercises to improve your posture. merely try reminding yourself to pull your shoulders back and sit/stand up straight. if anything they get rid of Posture Control Braces to help you straighten up. hope this helps
