I missed ONE birth control pill and I've be spotting for 4 days?

I've been 8 hours late taking my pill and spotted for 5 days, so yes, this happen and it isn't a sign of pregnancy. My guess is that since you've been on the pill for so long, your body is VERY used to it's daily dose of hormones... if it doesn't take those hormones on schedule every day it go into withdrawal period mode. It should stop eventually. If you're vastly concerned you could call your doctor or a nurse helpline. It's possible they'd recommend stopping the pill for a few days and then starting a trial pack (obviously you'll want to use a back-up birth control method for about a week if you do this).Will you walk adjectives the means of access when Aunt Flo is contained by town?
