I own several migraines that finishing something like 45mins-1hr every morning...

They are so intense that they usually make me feel similar to throwing up and my vision gets blurry surrounded by one eye. Every time I get one I also get an extreme stiffness surrounded by my neck. Tylenol doesn't work and they have be so intense that they wake me up in the middle of the hours of darkness and I can't get back to sleep for hours.

Any planning?

Answers:    I have personal experience with these. I am so sorry you acquire them too.

Here are a few things you can try. It really depends on the individual as to which one is best for you, so try a few different things and see what works best.

1. Use cooling packs or heating pad around your head or neck and wrists. (Cool on wrists/forehead, grill on neck is best.) This can help draw the blood specifically causing your migraines away from your constricted blood vessels and assistance you feel better.

2. A dear old coach of mine recommended filling a basin next to scalding water (as hot as you can possibly tolerate) and soaking your forearms in the hose. Submerge your arms all the way up to your elbows and sign out them their until it is too painful. This will work in impossible to tell apart way and draw the blood away from constricted blood vessels. I haven't tried this even so myself, but it sounds like it could work.

3. Stay in a tranquillity, dark room if possible. Light and nouns can make the migraines worse.

4. Try staying very still, moving kindly, lying or sitting in different positions, rearranging pillows, etc. Moving will relieve get your blood moving again (people feel cramp when the blood doesn't leave an area [very simplified explanation], which is why, for example, you would compress a sprained muscle), and different positions can break open blood vessels an help soothe your headache.

5. Drink marine, but not too much. Staying hydrated is important, but if you drink more than a litre in three hours, it could increase your nausea.

6. Medication can other help, but acetaminophen isn't the best or only choice. Try ibuprofen, naproxen sodium, Excedrin, or a prescription from your doctor. Try different things and see what help you the most. I find naproxen sodium is great, especially if you need to stop the pain to sleep.

There are plenty of other things to try. Just be stretch out to suggestions! I hope this helps, and I hope you feel better!

EDIT: My brother also get chronic migraines, and he found that certain foods triggered his migraines. He cut those foods and hasn't had migraines within ages. His triggers were onions (he grew out of that one), anything caffeinated (including chocolate and teas), and a few other things. When he stopped eating these foods, his migraines stopped. Do some research and try to determine which foods or goings-on can be triggers for you. Experiment a bit. Keeping a log of what you've done and what you've eaten and when you've gotten migraines can help you determine if faultless things can cause your migraines.

I hope this will help you. I know this can be miserable..
try advil migraine it works pretty ably for me and cut back on anything made out of grapes(wine, grape juice, grapes) their skins can sometimes wreak migraines, and sleeping with an eye pillow or mask can sometimes support

Hope this helped!
