im 16 and my boobs are small but they hurt when you press on them, or when i jump up and down etc..i hate it! wearing a bra make it worse because its so uncomfortable. any advice on how to label it less sensitive? thanks..hold a nice day :)

That is a normal quantity of growing up. They will not be sensitive like that forever. However some womens breast get tender right up to that time they get ready to start. Especially if they drink alot of caffiene and don't see their salt intake and drink lots of water.

A bra should't put together it worse, it sounds like you are wearing cheap bras or you are not probably fitted for a bra. A good bra is a must, you call for to goto a department store and have them fit you for the proper bra. Then try different ones on until you find one that works with your body.

You mentioned it hurts when you soar up and down, a sports bra should help keep your breast movement to a minimum and afterwards it won't hurt when you do sports or certain activities. I own to wear a sports bra while working out to keep my breasts snug, if I work out in a regular bra they move to much.

In my experience if your breast hurt resembling you describe it means your breast are just growing, it will soon confidence.
i would suggest you get fitted to make sure your wearing an appropriate size bra, and probably get a sports bra so it doesn't hurt when you jump or run.
