best thing to do is when you next wee try to stop weeing within the middle of your wee. those muscles you have to use to stop weeing is the ones you use to strengthen the muscles down there.. do these squeezes of those muscles and hold for 10 second several times a day and in groups of 3 squeezes and you should see a difference in about a week or 2.
All women are different, the sooner you realise this the sooner you can capture on with enjoying "down there". It is not dependant on loftiness or girth of the wonman. With greatly of sex and age. You can do exercises though to tighten up down there, I think they're call Kegel exercises or something? lack of pelvic floor exercises, after having children, and age.
