Unfortunately the kids won't believe it and I own a woman boss who suffered endometriosis, so it doesn't work anymore..
When I was younger I would get cramps so desperate that I would black-out and I would shake and throw up. Best thing to do is lay down ( curl up with a blankie and a heat pad ) take some advil or something... also if it keep up you can go to the doctor and get something for it. they will recomend something... greatly of time Birth Control helps!

yeah usually i don't get unpromising cramps but about 5 months ago,
i couldn't go to conservatory so i lay in bed all sunshine, it was very rough.
thankfully it hasn't happened since after.
It was one of the worst pains i've ever had-worse than getting braces, and getting things pierced.

Are you saying you never hold gotten this bad of cramps before? Mine be horrible for along time I couldnt go to school I didnt want to move. If your expierencing really discouraging cramps now try birth control. It will help next to cramps and even shorten the days of your period. I rarely bring back bad cramps anymore! yeah. it started happening after i took 10 different types of antibiotic pillls. ever since after my cramps have been course worse than usual. if that happeneed to u than i feel for u girl!! btw we spell our names equal way if ur name is ashlee. =) .
close to totally. dont even like worry nearly it girlfriend. i get super badddddd like cramps. its resembling normal sometimes.

I used to before i have children, but since i have had my two kids, i do not capture really bad cramps anymore! I went on the pill, in a minute I don't get cramps..
i have since to where i couldnt even move it was so desperate.. and then i got my spell so idk.. Go to the pharmacy. I'm sure you will get something to help..
Yup. Right very soon in fact. I'd similar to to reach in and rip out my guts only for a little relief! And that's AFTER midol!
