Do you know whats wrong and how I can fix it?

Answers:    Sounds normal to me. Maybe you should a short time ago tell your doctor.. if he sees it as something to verbs about, he'll take concern of you.

But honestly, you sound completely normal to me. I'm seventeen and basically about every girl I know goes through this and seriously of guys & I doubt it's just because they're all depressed lol that'd be nearly impossible.

If you surface it's more, take action! Being infantile is terribly hard.. Lots of stress factor and something there's no one to listen who really cares or get it.

I take buspar to help me not stress so much & I don`t know there's something like that out there for you but for sleeping though it sounds more moving to me.

I really hope it gets better because I understand vastly well.
<3.
Depending how old you are, I am going to assume that you are contained by your teens since you stated that your worried about what people come up with of you and what your going to wear..lol I would have to say specifically nearly normal, most teens do worry nearly these things, but it is not healthy to let it save you from getting proper rest. There are so many things you can try. Try taking a jog or a long way of walking before going to bed, you can try several natural and herbal methods for relaxation such as meditation and herbal teas. If after trying some of these methods, settle to your parents about your concern and what is bothering you, maybe they can consult your doctor and go and get you a mild sleep aid. I take Ambien and it is great. When I shut down for the day and try to budge to sleep, I usually battle with alike thing, that is when my mind go into overtime and it is hard to "switch off" as you say. If contained by fact you are a teen, your body is probably going through some changes, along next to the day to day struggles that teens facade with decision making, so it wouldn't be a fruitless thing to find a trusted adult to communicate to, or your parents. Good luck! It sounds like you have depression next to some anxiety as well. Have you had a recent ardent crisis in your life (IE demise of a loved one)? Sometimes a death of a loved one can trigger feelings of depression over losing this personage.

Make an appointment with your primary care physician and share him/her about how you've been response lately. He/she will be able to tell you whether you're depressed/anxious or have some other problem. Good luck..
