How to loose 10lbs inside 2 weeks?
I know its unhealthy or whatever so I don't want to hear that sector, but I'm interested in losing 10lbs really QUICKLY. I'm 17 and weigh 192lbs which is alot and I want to drop 10lbs quickly. I do jump to the gym and exercise(alot of cardio) but its the diet part thats keeping me back. I be thinking of doing a liquid diet. Any ideas please
Answers: You're right, it's unequivocally not healthy. My best advice is to put away nothing but yogurt and water for 2 weeks. Double the exercise and you should drop 10 pounds comparatively quickly..
well usually it depends how high-ceilinged you are, not how old you are. but if u wanna lose 10 pounds quickly, next just run, ride a bycycle..but
at first it'll look like ur losing counterbalance, but it's just water so DON'T stop
