okay im 13, 5'7, and weight at round 110. I want to know how to get rid of my belly lubricant. And could you please tell me how to get rid of my belly butter, how long each day, what is a well brought-up diet, and when will i see results. And just a note i dont own any weights to work with and i dont have access to a GYM. Please and thank you within advance

Hey my dad is a hardcore trainer. It’s cool if you don’t have anything to workout beside. Swimming is amazing to get toned and running. If you want to get really nice abs work on doing sit ups slowly and don’t rush because after your practically doing nothing. Also leg lifts and bicycles are great. Do respectively 20 times. You should swim if you can go to the pool and do laps because swimming works out everything. Running is great but it can be tough on your knees. If your serious and workout 4 times a week you should be seeing results in a month or to.

i can't rate yet...but i'm a swimmer too, and approaching the girl above me said, swimming and running. this year, i used to be kinda fat and like i really tried during swimming, and not singular did i drop a TON of time, i lost 15 pounds (with running also and the workouts she gave us) but swimming also works everything on your body...

and diets aren't good for you. they deeply just keep the food that you need-from you, pointlessly. simply eat healthy. and munch through sweets in moderation. now soda's you can only cut out. haha.

but if you're not a swimmer or can't swim anytime, you should try self magazine. they give work outs in here that can really help, but you have to be inclined to do it. everything is based on how much you want to lose weight.
