How to spill out asleep vigorously?
*don't recommend warm milk because it doesn't work and it is disgusting

*don't recommend a heat up bath, i'm not going to bathe again, especially not at this hour
Answers: Here's what I do when I'm really tired but can't tumble asleep.
Lay on your back, legs slightly apart with your arms slightly away from your sides. Start by squeezing your toes really tightly, later tighten your ankles, and so forth. Tense every muscle in your body in writ from lowest to highest. NOTE: if you have collar pain normally, don't tighten your collar, just stop at your shoulders.
Keep the tension surrounded by your body for about a minute. Keep your eyes shut too! After a minute or so, release all the tautness and lay still. This nearly always works for me. I'm usually asleep within minutes..
you could play soft music, or read a book. me i basically lay on my back and i relax my self starting with my foot and working my way up. it's some form of a yoga exercise, but it totally helps. Watch the Discovery Channel or something soothing or boring.
