I have need of abet next to cramps?

ive had the worst cramps ever and its only my second time of year what can i do?

Answers:    Honey I feel your pain. Try Midol Maximum Complete. A tub can be helpful. I have other found that decaf hot tea, Midol, and a good heating wad help a lot. I hope you quality better!.
Here are some things I do to relieve cramps and is also drug free:
1. Masturbate-when you reach orgasm, the uterus contracts and expells the blood quicker and reduces the muscle stiffness that causes cramps.
2. Exercise 5 to 7 days a week for 30 min, doing aerobic workout. Exercising causes your body to release endorphins, the untaught pain killer.
3. Distract yourself and save busy as much as you can so you can eventually block out the pain; I tend to stay busy with my living and hanging out with friends.
You see, I avoid taking OTC drugs similar to Advil, Mydol, etc. like the plague cause they hold side effects (drowsiness) and can cause liver problems if taken too much over time. Best of luck..
I used to have seriously horrible cramps - would put me out for days.

A means of access to deal though and what worked best for me - take a PM tylenol, aspirin, etc. and sleep on a heat pad - either on lower posterior or stomach, whichever one seems to work best.

You will soon go past its sell-by date to la-la land and won't feel a piece. 8 out of 10 times when I did this my cramps would go away for awhile. When they would come back I would freshly do it all over again.
Previous poster is right, Advil is an anti inflammatory and pain nouns med, and the heating pad also help a lot. Warm baths, and Midol or Pamprin seem to minister to as well with bloating and cramping. My grandfather used to manufacture us 'hot totty's' with a little apricot or peach brandi and thaw out water, but you'd have to ask your mom for that one! :-) Hope you grain better. pamprin works the best- two tablets and the cramps are gone. i wouldn't buy midol, it never worked for me, or any of my girl friends. if you don't want to buy the pills (and i have no idea why you wouldn't) try a hot hose bottle, a warm bath, some exercise, anything to attain your mind off it..
try taking a hot bath. or use a heat pad.
or go to the store and buy some midol.
or some women do a lead stand, and say that helps
because i guess it relieves the niggle off of your ovaries.
you can even take some Tylenol.

i agree 100% with the first answer, trust me, it works.. just pinch a advil, perfered liquid gel, and a heating wad, and just lye down.. It gets severely comfortable after a while

Masturbation helps, if you're into that
Mydol does, too
Do yoga and stretch out your pelvic nouns
or actually.. any type of exersize, biking especially helps me

carry midol(extra strength.) my older sister had cramps so unpromising that she couldnt go 2 school when she have her period sometimes and she uses midol 2 ease the spasm :) pain pills and a heating wipe. i use a heating pad whenever i take cramps. i also take advil or tylenol.
Drinking lots of water the week up to that time I start and when I'm on help me a lot. Also, bear some ibuprofen and take a bath. Advil, Advil, Advil. Works every time..
Try pamprin. I hear this is the best medication you can nick that is directly for your period. Hope i help. =) Try some Tums W/ Calcium, and motrin. I have found that these are the best with my cramps..
bananas wen i own bad cramps i use advil it usually helps.
