How much hang about would you lose if you dance 24 hours and close to non stop?.?.?.?.?....?
i weigh 128 and i am 5'3 which makes me look slightly chubby and how to lose leg fleshy mostly when i exercise but how much weight do you think i would lose if i exercised 24/7? serious answers simply.
Answers: Seriously you can't lose that much weight that fast. It will nick a few months or longer depending on your diet, exercise plan, and your own metabolism. There is no way you could keep that up for more than a afternoon, you fall over dead, especially if you aren't that physically involved. I know for a fact that you have to permit your body rest, doing it non stop won't work, and will endanger your health. Most work out plans suggest every other day for at smallest a half hour. For like at tiniest 6 weeks. That's with following a healthy diet and drinking lots of wet. It's every other day because your muscles have to regenerate and treat from each workout. Sorry, there is no route to lose that kinda weight that fast. I be a ballerina for 12 years, and try finding a ballerina workout. It made my legs long and lean. Better yet, easier still, yoga and pilates are basically equal as that. Don't be too overboard on being 90lbs. I am the same consignment and only an inch taller than you and I don;t look chubby. I think 98 lbs. is an poorly weight for you . Try losing 5 or 10 if you really must shed some weight, but I don't mull over you will be happy with the results if you lose 20 lbs. You'll look anorexic..
Abbie is right. It's not purely unhealthy to try to exercise for that long, it's physically impossible. Your body would stop you. You would probably suffer from mental and physical exhaustion.
Just transport it slowly... an hour or two a day, because it seems that you are within good shape. Eat right. And there are leg lift and other exercises that focus on just leg fat, so consult a trainer or google it.
