How do I know if my flow is wishy-washy, milieu, or chunky?
Answers: Use a wad to decide. If after 2 hours your pad is full, the flow is indigestible. If it's barely used it's a light flow. Anything surrounded by the middle is medium. I am curious how you know when there's a "squirt".
Best thing to do it use a bedside light tampon , if its your first time, keep a check on whether or not you are "leaking". If you find it relatively easy to insert try a environment flow one, Ideally a tampon should be in place for a couple of hours. You can check whether or not its "full" by pulling the string - if it feels stuck, you can give up it another hour or so. If it comes out easily then unambiguously its full and needs replacing. Best thing is to buy tampons surrounded by the 3 different sizes and usually you need the lightest one towards the end of your time.
Good Luck and hope that's been of some help

Yes, you can use a tampon, do you know how to insert it? Here's a relationship that describes it in detail:

Heavy periods crowd a pad per hour. Light means spotting to massively thin "flows", and medium is satisfying a pad every 2-3 hours..
You should know by what day of your interval it is. For example, for most women, the first 3 days are the heaviest. Therefore, they would wear a super sized tampon. The next 2-4, the flow is lighter so you would wear a regular and/or light sized tampon.
I hope I help!.
If it is literally leaking out your panties...that's heavy. If it have soaked the tampon or napkin it is medium...a few spots, thats light. Use a wipe it's better(more comfortable) but a tampon is fine once your used to wearing it. there r different types of tampons. like you could use the filling ones and if when u take it out u can still see the white of the tampon, try the medium ones..if u still see white surrounded by the medium ones go to pallid ones.u get the point. :)
x.
thats a medium to weighty flow yes you can use a tampon as you change it every 2 - 4 hours and if you think how much blood will travel in it in two hours thats comparatively alot dont mean to sound discusting lol :)...x To the quiz: spotting is light, chunks is heavy.
Tampon: try it, and lift it out in 4 hours. If your pad is getting wacky soaked, you might want to check sooner..
You can use a tampon and change it after 4 hours unless the string is starting to get red after it's an indicator that it needs to be changed sonner. LOL..If there is alot of blood its lashing..If its not heavy but not light its milieu and if theres little blood its light,
