Answers:    Advil or any kind of ibuprofin or Aleve which is naproxen sodium
They will completely bear the cramps away. Until they dissolve use a heating pad!.
Take a mild backache killer containing aspirin or ibuprofen. Though this will give provisional relief, it can be taken in defence you are outside or at work and can’t help it.
Apply heating apparatus directly to the cramp artificial area (lower abdomen) of your body. You can make use of heat pads, a warm showery towel, a hot bath or a sauna bath, which are adjectives effective methods of getting rid of menstrual pain.
Menstrual affliction can also be relieved by practicing some light exercises. A light cardio or yoga workout pumps up your blood and stretches out your nervous muscles, thereby raising endorphin levels. However, intense exercises similar to lifting weights or running can aggravate the condition.
Drinking plenty of water and herbal tea also soothes cramps. Staying hydrated elevates the overall inkling of wellbeing. Moreover, the herbal ingredients in a cup of hot chamomile, mint, or gingerroot tea as powerfully as the warmth of the liquid, lend a hand in easing menstrual pain.
You can even stretch out your pelvic muscles to glibness out menstrual cramp pain. This can be dome with the backing of some stretching exercises, which put light pressure on your pelvic muscles.
Take as much rest as possible and avoid strenuous physical activities. At the most, you can also lug an evening walk to ease out the cramps and later lie down peacefully on your bed.

Extra strength anything (Tylenol or Advil is nice). Those period pills close to Midol or Pamprin don't really do much for pain.

Best thing, though, that I ever did be get on birth control. Even when I get a time of year, I don't get the cramps like I used to. I used to achieve cramps that would kill a horse and I missed a lot of time at work and academy due to the pain, as well. If you can bring birth control pills (just the regular pills work fine and you can skip months in between periods, too), step for it. Otherwise, over the counter pain meds..
I take 2-3 ibuprophen tablets for my cramps and they tend to clear up in the order of 30 minutes later.

BUT what I found that I can do is that every morning before I step t school- as soon as I get up- take 2 tablets and you'll be nearly cramp free adjectives day long! (At least it works for me, and I hold very intense cramps sometimes.)

If you can't get them to slacken up, though, you may wanna see around getting some birth control pills- since they make periods (typically) shorter and far smaller number painful..
I would advise you not to whip any pills for cramps, its not a very good concept as they may only be minor cramps

cramps are when your mussels tighten up, this could be lack of exercise, the track you sit and sleep could also course the problem

try stretching your body out give more attention to the parts where the cramps are at their worst preserve doing that and your cramps will gradually disappear.
You are going to have to integer out why your blood is clotting so badly. Cramps are caused from your (period) blood clotting and trying to squeeze out of your tubes. Aspirin can diluted your blood slightly, but the main reason can be due to a multitude of things. Are you ingestion healthy? Exercising? Taking any other medication? i heard scruncing your self up beside a pillow squeezed on your stomach works. or hold a hot water bottle on your stomach helps.

Midol works the best for me.
I know this sounds dumb, but try moving around. The source you have cramps is because your blood can't 'come out'. So it should get better if you move around.
Good luck..
800 milligrams of ibuprofen, works every time. Its Motrin BTW but you own to take enough for it to work. also thermacare pad are awesome. I have found that since I started working out on a regular basis my cramps hold lightened. There is also a herbal solution called womb cleanser it help with cramps and lightening your flow..

Or most painkillers help also. Take something like Ibuprofen, its best for muscular cramps. Exercise also help, so does lying down with a hot water bottle on your tummy.
