I had 2 do duplicate thing. People told me 2 start going 2 bed earlier, later I would automatically get up earlier ... Didn't do it for me haha. I couldn't achieve 2 sleep... Try getting up at the time you need 2 get up 2 workout, afterwards you should be tired when night comes.. First day is going to be rugged though.. DONT SLEEP UNTIL NIGHT WHEN UR GOING 2 BED

OK first off, always nice for an alarm clock to progress off at 6:00am! You'll have time to work out for an hour or a moment or two more. When you get home, do everything right away, and go to sleep around 9-ish. Soon ample, the schedule catches on and your body get the message and adjust to it. [It may take some time to though..]

Hurting really discouraging?

you basically simply have to practice.
like a week formerly you start work, get in bed untimely and try to fall asleep. set your alarm for the time you want to wake up and force yourself out of bed. if you do this for a few days your body will start to bring back used to it.
