How can i loose counterweight when i'm not motivated at adjectives, depressed, and i enjoy anxiety?

I really want to loose weight. My sister used to be just close to me , but in high conservatory she started to motivate herself to loose weight.i'm 15, 5'5, 145 pounds, but my chest is large(not that it matters but its still consignment, 37/38DD). I have depression but i'm not on medication because it isn't that serious anymore. I have anxiety and citizens tell me i have an okay mass but when i look at myself i want to cry.

i don't like my body and i want to be down to 125 again. I have no motivation and i really cant be motivated it seem. i don't do sports or much of anything(great symptom of depression) and i eat so much junk food(junk have dopamine which makes you happier) and i cant help it.

psychoanalysis didn't help, and my parents cant afford to get me a personal trainer or anything.

i lately want some help as to how to loose weight, and I don`t know somebody to help me and keep me on track. i know if i be healthier and skinnier i'd be a lot happier.

We are going through matching thing only I am elder. I just recently made up my mind that I would be happier if I be at my ideal weight. I want to be capable of wear all my cute clothes again! What gets me motivated is fantasize about how great I will look and how things will be better or different. i just attached a gym and eat mainly fruits and veggies. I know it;s complex to cut out all your junk food. Stack up on tough ones instead like yogurt, pretzels, light microwave popcorn, low chubby granola type bars, hard boiled eggs, and what ever you do dont binge on soda, that stuff is sooo bleak for you! Drink lots of water and start exercising. You can do it, the sooner you start the sooner you will be enjoying your unusual body! good luck.
