Answers:    Just a GOOD Bra, without filling because that will make your breasts look even larger! A sports bra will also make them appear smaller and hand over you better support! Make sure your BRA is the RIGHT SIZE.have someone measure you. MOST Women wear the WRONG Bra size and it lead to many problems and is uncomfortable. There's no road to make them smaller without Surgery! if they motive you BACK PAIN and are seriously causing you LOTS of trouble, it's something you might consider.
