love who you are because there are girls who longing they were you. if you want to look liek you have a smaller bust,wear looser shirts. 90 lbs is NOT excess weight at all. you are you and NO ONE will ever be exactly like you. [:

There is nothing an outside source can do to fix your problem. You are not too towering, not too fat, and your chest is not too big. You are a normal 13/14 year feeble.
All your problems are internal. You need to get over it on your own. There is zilch anyone can tell you to fix that..
You are ridiculous. Youre 13. 90 pounds? A doctor would most likely enunciate that's way too little for you too weigh. And if you're a 34A you're not big in your chest. Just stop crying. 90 pounds is not fat by any resources, 5'1" is not tall AT ALL, and in no road is an A cup big. You are a normal girl and don't be afraid of growing up because it only get better.
I am 5'10", weigh 150 pounds, and wear a 36C bra. And I'm 15. I got my period and adjectives that and it's absolutely nothing to verbs about.
If you feel that unforgivable, you need to tell a trusted fully developed that will listen to you, so that you can get help. Obviously it isn't fine to cry every day over something like that. I strongly suggest seeing a consultant, it will do wonders for your confidence.
Try focusing on your good qualities until consequently. It's not all about appearance.
