HELP! Am I beneath weightiness!?
I eat a lot but I never gain counterweight.
I also exercise a lot because I play a ton of sports...
I'm don't have an consumption disorder anything, but am I underweight?
Answers: I'm 14, 5'8 and 101 pounds, but i look like i have a hearty body, and it's not bad like most associates have short and stubby bodies.
i need to gain 4 pounds to manage a healthy BMI, right now i'm underweight, but i don't expect you should gain weight!
i used to be 105 pounds but then i go down to 100.
i eat a lot of second-hand goods food like cheese crackers, chips, and chocolate.
It's because i need to put away more healthy protein, like fish and stuff.
But I never come across to have normal food within my house like most people do.
But I would suggest you stay the bearing you are,
I don't have an eating disorder any but I can't seem to gain weight.
and i don't hold bones and stuff sticking out,
but i have skinny wrists, and long legs.
but i don't have one of those straight bodies.. i enjoy really bowed legs (wide) and it's more of an hourglass which is suprising cause of how skinny i am.
i'm completely different from my friends, they're all short
and chubby
one query though, how old are you? if you're 18 i think you should gain solidity. but be lucky you're that skinny,
cause the way i am get me into modeling :)

I am the same passageway and i viseted my doctor and she told me that it is just my body type. and i cant really do anything about it. she recommended protein shakes or smoothies to comfort gain weight. but its nothing to verbs about:] YES. At 110 pounds you should be about 5'3 or 5'4. You should gain probably 20 pounds, natter to your doctor about doing it safely.

u r still a touch underweight i mean u could exercise a little smaller amount, all spors need like basic trainning. first off, you obligation to give me your exact age.
and also all that food will ambush up to you after one year of having your period..
its fine if u r at ease with urself.
