so for the past few days, ive been have to go to pee like every hour to two hours, perchance sometimes 3 or 4 hrs. im due for my period in a bout 4 days, could that be it? I've solitary drank like 2 1/2 water bottles today..i dont ruminate that could be the problem

i dont think i have diabetes bc i hold no other symptoms of it and plus theres no history of it in my family. i dont imagine its a uti because my lower abdomin doesnt hurt and it doesnt burn when i go to the bathroom.

Sometimes when I am pmsing (about a week before) I tend to urinate abundantly more too. I'm not sure why, but I guess its normal. Also, maybe you haven't be eating a lot of carbs lately. If you are purely eating fruits, vegetables and more protein type of foods, then liquid will just go right through you and manufacture you want to urinate more frequently.

It could just be stress. When you have like mad of adrennilin running through your system, you are more likely to need to progress more often. Also, if you have be on a plane flight or a long car drive, you may have be "holding water" which just means your body retains more dampen than usual. Then afterwards, it has to get rid of adjectives that water and you have to pee abundantly.
