I'm 6.5 months out of a TT and I'm thrilled with my results! You can't diet and exercise away loose skin, this is a very effectual way of getting rid of it. They say it get rid of the stretchmarks, for some it does, but not most. If you only have stretchmarks below your belly button, afterwards yes, they'll likely be cut off, but if you've get them on your side and above your BB, then no, those will still be there, they won't look as bleak though. I also had the muscle repair (alot of times, having kids will separate the abs muscles), the PS will bring the muscles posterior to where they belong and suture them together really well. I've also get a high pain tolerance, it really feel like I'd WAYYY overdone ab exercises. It was totally worth it and I'd also do it over again!A friend of mine have a tummy tuck the results were great.
My best friend had Liposuction, It didn't turn out okay, her tummy is uneven.
Make sure you go to a approved plastic surgeon.

I have some serious scars on my stomach from childhood surgery, botched tubal ligation, it looked like I have 3 belly buttons, it always bothered me. I found a plastic surgeon in Springfield, Mo. that did a tummy tuck for me, it be the best thing in the world, he cut me from hip to hip, 156 stitches, repositioned my belly button, and simply cut the scars away and pulled the skin down and resewed it like a porthole shade. It was not painful to me, I own a high level of aching tolerence, but anyone that gets one should follow these suggestions:
Keep your girldle they bind you with after surger, wear it a long time at hours of darkness to keep your new form contained by shape, longer than the doc recommends, wear it at night.
After you enjoy the procedure do NOT try to stand straight up for several days, work yourself into it easy, keeping a pillow on your belly for support as you do.
When you get surrounded by and out of bed, be very careful, lots of women mess their stitches up going to bed.
Set on the fold of the bed, keep your pillow on your tummy for support, have several pillows trailing you, gently lay on your side and raise your foot both at the same time, you might even want to put a small foot stool by bed to eliminate pressure. I slept surrounded by a recliner for a while.
You just do not want to PULL the skin apart as it is trying to reattach.
Once you are healed, you jump back for your check up, you get the thumbs up you are doing okay, your stitches have been removed.going on for a week after that, start rubbing your tummy with vitamin e oil, the deformity will fade like it was never here.
Well worth the money. I would do it again in a heart beat!

TUMMY TUCK!! YEAH!! it is the best ..! I have it done 3 mo. ago, love the results.. concerned about end results since you hear profoundly of horror stories, but so far love the results.. You have to make sure you enjoy a good Dr. that makes you surface as comfortable as possible and that answers all your questions back the procedure.. do not be concern about the price since it is not a cheap procedure, but be concerned about the DR! and how okay he does his job. There are a lot of Dr. out in attendance that do a very crappy job, and treat you approaching just one more, brand sure you get the treatment you deserve and are paying for. After you get it done procure lots of rest and know that it will take up to 2 wks for you to be able to shift out and be your self (somewhat). It takes a good 6 mo. to see the extremity results, but for me I'm 3 mo into it and LOVE IT!!Can a doctor see if you own have your spell however (ever) only by looking at your body?
My friend had one after three kids and NO exercise (and lots of chips from the chip truck).She has no belly button immediately.
