I think I'm obsessed or something because I can't stop agonizing over my distance from the ground. I'm a 15 year old girl (turning 16) and I'm not short or anything, but I'm not tall any. I'm around 5'7-5'8 and I really want to be taller! My mum had a growth spurt when she 17 and she grew 2 inches, but I'm not sure if that will happen to me because adjectives those height predictors say that I've already reach my potential height.
So I want to ask any doctors out there if it is possible to hold another growth spurt between the ages of 16 and 18. And also, have any girls had a growth spurt between those ages and what be your height before and after?

However, you can appear taller by always carrying yourself well, never slouching, and wearing heels(1inch, no more) at adjectives times. This will make the most of your figure too.
