Well i got my period roughly 8 - 9 month ago and i get it every month but i dont know when and cos i might get it within my sleep i get blood on my underwear does anybody know how to get rid of the blood and it go through my underwear on to my jean so does anyone know how to get it off on the inside of my jean appreciation

if you regard as you might be getting your period soon and you dont want to mess up your sheets, then freshly put an extra pad on the butt part of your underwear.
you can also put an extra WHITE sheet or blanket lying on your sheets when you go to sleep. it should be white so that if you do mess it up, you can clorox the helI out of it.

if your panties are white then soak consequently in some cold water and bleach if they are colored afterwards soak it in some cold soapy water and paw wash them... same for your jeans and while your washing them spray some shout and that should do the trick. a tip to take rid of the heavy perio is to take birth control... i use to own heavy periods and definite bad cramps now i don't and it doesnt end as many days... and no you don't have to be have sex to take um but if you are thats ok too... oh and keep a calender so you'll know when your subsequent period is coming...
