It is not a stupid question. It is fitting to ask questions when you dont. Its perfectly fine to pee when you are wearing a tampon. Because the tampon is contained by side of you and you are peeing on the outside (sounds stupid) it does not make a difference. Yeah, you can, it would be really hard to go 8 hours in need peeing. However, if your period is really heavy, peeing sometimes make women leak a little bit.
