I'm sure to most women it matter, at least a little. But contained by my personal opinion, it doesn't matter much.

Hey i am a guy ofcourse but tolerate me answer you, for i've dated many girls. The size does matter, especially contained by case of girls who've had bygone relationships. If you are lucky enough to get a virgin, contained by such a case there will almost not be a problem as long as its not under 4 inches, for they havn't seen anything more than dreamy porn.
