Gaining approx partly a pound a week...oblige!! ?

im a mum of 4 in my mid 30s. im 5ft2 and was other 8 or 9 stone until recently. i was surrounded by my early 20s having my first 2 kids and never struggled next to baby weight or anything. i have twins almost 5 months ago, gained 4 stone in pregnancy (was on bedrest and the boys respectively weighed more than 7lbs). after the birth i lost 2 of the 4 stone i gained inside 3 weeks, but since then ive gained put money on another 8lbs. looking after the twins keeps me housebound a lot, i step every day with the double stroller but cant build up much momentum because of the bulky stroller and because i enjoy pelvic damage and split tummy muscles and i have greatly of discomfort from a c section. at the moment im 11.5 stone and freaking out. i dont overeat, dont drive and am always moving since i live surrounded by a 3 storey house and am constantly carrying the babies up and down stairs. i reckon that if i cud burn 300 extra cals a day i could at least stop the weightiness gain, my next problem then is losing at least possible a stone. i cant go to gym or do anything outside of the home for a while - there are by a hair`s breadth enough hours in the light of day for me to even go to the loo and shower. apart from starving myself, and continuing to totter how can i burn 300+ cals a day?

Answers:    You could calorie count- make sure you don't munch through more than the recommended amount of calories for a woman each day (I reckon it's about 2000). Maybe it has something to do near your pregnancy? You could ask your doctor, he may give you some diet tips. Good luck :).
