Answers: don't use toothpaste.
Drink a upright amount of water. Water helps clear up your skin, and furnish it a natural glow as ably.
Use a medicated acne scrub to help with black head.
Proactive, doesn't always work, but may be worth a try. It did not work for me though, and dried out my skin a lot.
There is this product, call Nature's cure, my mom used it, and it worked on her.
Or there is PanOxyl, which worked on me really well.
I currently use a strong antibacterial soap, but it would be tough for you to get your hands on, because I get it from my mom's work and she works at a hospital.
Uhh. Try that wave thingy, I can't remember what company makes it, but it help out with exfoliating (which removes the peeling skin you mentioned)
I'd try and see if you can see a dermatologist. They can afford you something to help take concern of that.
If you have started your period already, it may be apposite to get onto birthcontrol to help out beside that. Since at your age, acne is oftentimes from hormones, birth control can control your hormones, and take care of your acne.
Also, use your clerasil ultra. It will assistance somewhat. it helped me..
hi sam,
i don't know how to fully stop the acne however there are a few things you could try
1. don't pick the pimples,blackheads or spots.
2.dry-clean face thoroughly every day next to the clearasil (follow guidelines on the back word for word it will get the best results)
3. try not to wear any makeup
4.don't touch your frontage after eating (as grease will create more spots)
5.Always wash your hand before touching face
6.don't use toothpaste as it will dry up the spots and create more scaring.
7.eat fruit, veg and drink plenty of wet
8.if you use a moisturizer only use it lightly
9.when your skin have cleared up carry on doing everything mention as it will prevent them
10.as well when its cleared up you could us a facial scrub to remove dry skin

You need to save your skin hydrated by changing your diet. You should have something like a gallon of water a day and try to stay away from the sweets. You are a canidate for the Wave, by Neutrogena which immediatley removes black head, with gentle vibraions. For your dry and pimple occupied skin I beleive you should try Profective or any other acnes sythem until you find one that works for you. And mosturize your skin 4 times a day. But in the close-fisted time, for the pimples that have already been popped, use cocoa butter. It really help to tone your skin! But do not put it all over your face because it will increase the risk of creating up to date pimples, because its oily. Now until you find an acne system, check out Ulta and get some Neutregena or Clean and Clear, products simply to cleanse your face! I hopes it workd out :) bye! I have exactly like peas in a pod problem. I have it on my back, obverse, neck, and chest. I went to the doctors and she give me antibiotics and a topical solution to put on the skin. This usually works for alot of people, and although it has decrease a bit, I still get spots so shes referred me to a dermatologist who i will be seeing soon.
So if you think your acne is really doomed to failure and proactive and other products dont work just go to the doctors, and bring back prescription medication..
i used to have really bad acne too when i be your age on my back, chest and face
i get a prescription cream from my doctor, used clearasil
and also started taking birth control around that time, which really helped. you can get a prescription for birth control to correct acne, but its type of a last resort because it has like mad of side effects.
also drink more water and dont eat as much sugar!.
To seize rid of the dead skin, exfoliating helps
Do this next to an exfoliating cleanser and if you can't you can use rough-like surfaces like flannels etc.
Different brands work with different skin types but from what you've described I would recommend Proactiv.
Experiment near the products you have to see which one works best with your skin and a short time ago make sure you dont clog your pores. i.e wash your frontage when you wake up and before you dance to bed.
If the problem persists, maybe call in a dermatoligist (skin doctor) who can specifically give you proper treatment according to your skin type.
Good Luck (:.
Toothpaste works by drying out pimples. The best kind to use is non-flavoured. You put a small wipe of it on each pimple and leave it overnight.
You noticeably shouldn't pop pimples! If you do pop a pimple, you should put polysporin on it to help it heal and avoid scarring.
Use your clearasil and purify your face twice or three times a day. Even wash with normal handsoap help. Try going to your doctor and getting prescription soap for your body acne. .
Keep your hands away from your face.Left alone acne will carry well without departing a scar.If you handle them a staphylococcus infection may start which will resign from scar tissue.Clearasil may help.Tooth mash has sort of soap effect.Since you are able to count them you do not involve more help.Try not to pay attention to them, they will disappear surrounded by time.If in the future you hold too many acnes, there are specific treatments for such conditions. not with the sole purpose does tooth paste not work but it dries your skin out and makes it crust. you should try buying something called persa gel or some astrigent from drug stores. as for your back they own special body wash that has similar to medication in it so you can scrub it on your back.
Dont dont dont touch it near toothpaste, it contains acid and if you have be touching your skin with your hands and popping them consequently most likely its going to be an open pimple and if you put toothpaste on it its going to burn really bleak.
Try seeing a dermatologist or your doctor and he/she can prescribe something for you.

Hi Sam. Wash your face really well and try using that Clearasil Ultra.
As far as the toothpaste point, I never tried that. But I heard that you can put a tiny bit of paste on the acne at hours of darkness and wash in the morning. It dries the acne swift.
ALso drink alot of water
.
no toothpaste wont work. Ive tried it before. they enunciate that it drys them out but all it really does it make your facade smell like toothpaste. One of the problems ive notices is that childish teens buy face wash explicitly said to help and they use it a time or too and say all right it didnt work.. You have to remember to wash your obverse every single day. And more than once a day wouldnt hurt any. See a dermatologist. Also correcting your diet could help if you eat lots of second-hand goods food. And I would try the unused clearasil before toothpaste if you actually enjoy it...
Edit- and don't listen to the guy saying to use rubbing alcohol. That is awful for your skin..
If you have Clearasil, USE IT.
Toothpaste never worked for me. It freshly pissed the zit off.
Get some rubbing alcohol and little pads and wipe your facade with the alcohol anytime you go to the bathroom. It eliminate oil, etc and will lower the amount of acne..
it does a bit :D
but hey, don't worry.
I'm positive your dazzling just the way you are
you dont stipulation to worry about acne as much.
And no, if your wondering
I'm not some stupid developed that's telling you these things
I'm 14, and I'm positive your beautiful.
drink allot of dampen for your skin for scars aloe works best if possible fresh aloe i get hot grease splashed all over my face and i broke stale aloe stem and put the gew on my face now i don't enjoy 1 scare that shows good luck powerfully i used to have really dry skin and bad acne so i bought a colloquial product and it helped and i have never hear of that toothpaste theory before apposite luck .
use the clearasil it works.
try pro-active
and go to your local doctor and get a percription for
acne pills.
mop up your face heaps
and stop eating so much sugary foods.
i have the same prob.. but i told my parents to buy proactive,, took a lil time to work, but it was worth it :]
not too sure more or less toothpaste tho .
I have heard great things almost Proactive...also, drink LOTS of water, cut out oily and sugary foods. Proactive works wonders! Try it! You won't be apologetic!.
Don't pick at it. If your acne is really bad use proactive or something..it works. USE PROACTIVE
NOW!!.
i've never heard something like the toothpaste but u should see a dermatologist Toothpaste only works in a minor method by drying up the scab and reducing the swelling. It's sort of an old wives' tale so I wouldn't rely on it too much.
The bring of spots is oil getting trapped in clogged pores, so you can backing two fold, reducing the oil and cleaning the pores.
To clear the poors the best best is to start a proper cleaning regime using the clearasil you have. Follow the directions but it usually will read aloud to wet your face and afterwards massage in the solution to a glutinous lather then rinse it sour. Do this 2-3 times a day, especially after meals and sports.
As for the slimy part, avoid fatty foods, eat healthily. Try to weaken the amount of makeup you use and clean it off really thoroughly as soon as you can to make smaller the length of time it's blocking the pores. Try to avoid having fuzz coming onto your face, such as a fringe as this will encourage spots.
This should relief the situation. If it doesnt you can go to your doctor to get special acne creams. But it's worth a try doing it the 'natural' agency first as the creams arent so good for your skin in the long permanent status.
