Okay tomorrow I am going to the gynecologist for the first time. I'm a little nervous and don't know what to expect. I scrounging I know what they do...I'm just not familiar beside the experience. The reason I'm going is so I can get on the pill. Will they contribute me a pregnancy test to make sure previously prescribing it to me. And if I am pregnant do they have to tell my parents (I live In New Jersey) what kind of questions are they going to ask me?

THEY WILL OF COURSE TAKE URINE, AND MAY PRICK YOUR FINGER TO CHECK YOUR BLOOD SUGAR. THE EXAM IS UNCOMFORTABLE, ESPECIALLY YOUR FIRST TIME, THEY CHECK YOUR BREASTS, THAN DO THE PELVIC EXAM, BUT ASK THEM TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT TO DO, AND THAT MAY EASE YOUR MIND. JUST REMEMBER TO BREATHE DEEP, AND DON'T BE NERVOUS, THE MORE NERVOUS YOU ARE THE WORSE IT MAY BE. GOOD LUCK =]]
