Just try not to touch urself there for a few days, hold it clean. You could take dull pain killers but I wouldnt suggest it for soemthing like this...merely refrain from sex until its completely healed...my gf suggested I rime the area, but I didnt, u can try that too

AND for the next time round, use a lubricant (the warm kind), so that insertion is a lil easier and it wont hurt as much after...and use it until ur stretched enuff...
