I had not had sex much, and be very tight. My boyfriend and I worked on changing that, and when he finally get me loosened up and was able to gain access to deeply, it was the best ever, and when we finished, my facade went numb and stayed that way for 2 hrs afterwards. Answers:    This is caused by hyperventilation during sexual stimulation. It causes numbness contained by the extremities, typically starting in the face, but it can run to the hands/arms, or feet as well. It happen to me now and then, usually contained by my nose and lips.
The best remedy would be to breathe slower and more echoingly and try changing positions (it only seem to happen when I'm on my back.).
