Every time I lift vitamins my pee become different color?
Do my vitamins stay in the system or do they come out beside my pee?

Most vitamins are water soluble, which means that you use the bits you inevitability and pee out the rest. Vitamin C is a likely culprit, and is probably the most adjectives assailant on pee's natural color. It's water soluble, so it a short time ago comes right out with the rest of the water. Some vitamins however are rotund soluble, I don't know which off the top of my head but you can find them online I'm sure.
