you probably have a bacterial infection. the solely way to get rid of a bacterial infection is going to the doctor for some antibiotics.
or could be a yeast infection.
does it smell variety of fishy? itch? discharge?.
You can't do anymore than you are doing by washing often...I suggest you budge and see the dr about it, they are very sensitive within case you are feeling shy nearly it.
I know soap and things are no good in that nouns...but I am sure the dr can sort you out in a flash. You might want to go to the doctors and if you can't afford one afterwards you should go to your local pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist...they might be capable of help you...
Until then preserve it dry and clean and stay away from chemicals and even sex.
