During a yeast treatment is at hand suppose to be discharge?

Yes, as already mentioned it is usual.

When you are treating a yeast infection with a tablet or cream the medication goes inside of the vagina and oxidizes which make it bubble sometimes and come out in a discharge. The discharge is just the medication coming out.
