Does the Mirenia IUD hurt when they put it contained by?
Answers: It seems everyone has a different experience - I have one put it and I saw stars!! Yet we've had other women in the bureau who didn't even flinch, so there's really no way to tell. The Mirena is great though, and for me be worth the pain.
No and I've never felt it since. You in recent times get it checked once a year to make sure that it is still contained by place. It is awesome, you can even get one without hormones explicitly a 10 year if you wanted instead of the 5 year, which I think is better.
My mom told me IUD's rear in the 70's caused adjectives kinds of women some serious health problems and even kill a few because they didn't really make sure they were protected before they started implanting them. I would consider some other opening if I were you.

Not sure about mirena, i get multiload and it didn't hurt.Just try to relax (I know, easier said than done) it's worth it for years of not having to worry just about contraception :)
