I have heavy period and I want to make them shorter.
I only receive 3 or 4 periods a year and they are really painful and starchy
im not on birth control
and also, will drinking a lot of water relieve making it shorter and/or lighter?
What are some at-home things i can do to make my period jump away faster?

There is nothing you can do to variety your period go away faster. Go and see the doctor and see if they can find you on a contraceptive pill to regulate your periods.
