I use the Secret Clinical Strength one but I hear the Degree Clinical Strength works a LOT better. Once I'm out of this stuff I will be buying the Degree and see if it is really better. You will call for the Clinical Strength no matter what, or get a prescription from the dermatologist, but I hear the prescription one might manufacture your arm pit irritated.
