my departed upper hip hurts a sharp pain it goes away to no fever i vomit yesterday and yea im scared i might have it!

Well, generally with appendicitis you have a restlessness, you don't eat, you don't like to move around much and the spasm will usually start out at the belly button and move to the right side. Since it is a sharp pain in your vanished upper hip it is probably not appendicitis (but for surgury they do put you to sleep) Depending on your age and symptoms you could have a kidney stone, diverticulosis, bowel obstruction or nought.

I recently had my appendix taken out. Yes, they do put you to sleep. You probably don't hold it considering the pain is usually constant and extremely painful. Also, the cramp is generally in the lower right nouns of your abdomen. However, you may want to go see your doctor, basically in case. If it get worse or the pain migrates to the lower right area of your belly or gets intolerable, definietly go to the emergency room. But, it could also be the flu, which is more imagined, especialy because you said the pain goes away. correct luck...hope you feel better!

if it is your upper left side it is not appendicitis.i have it a few years ago and it is on your right side..but they do put you to sleep for the surgery.
