Answers:    Well it depends on how much you get through, but a bigger woman doesn't NEED to gain as much weight because the baby can bear it from her body. I was sick with both of my pregnancies and terminated up only gaining 6 lbs beside one and 12 with the other and yes I am over weight. I weigh less after the kids were born than when I get pregnant.
