Last year in November I decided to procure on the depo provera shot. I didn't know at the time how bad it was and adjectives the horror stories that went with it. Anyway, I get the shot in November and only stayed on it for purely 3 months. I never went back to procure the shot in February of this year since it started to give me problems. Since man off the shot I have even so to get my period. It's be since February of this year and I still have no period. I'm starting to grasp worried. Is this normal with coming past its sell-by date the shot? I figured since I was singular on the shot for 3 months I would get my period beside no problem. Does it take a long time for your period to come posterior on even if you were on it only 3 months? And, if so how long does it purloin? Thank you for any help!

Im in like boat as you. After taking several different brands of birth control pills (on all of which I had no side effects at all) I flew stupid and settled to get depo cause it be so convenient...I've only had one shot and it will wear sour in a week..I am NOT going back to carry the second dose. After doing all the research I should have done until that time getting the shot, I dread waiting for the shot to wear off. My luck it will take the full 18 months for anything to come up. I've heard if you double the length you were on the shot, thats nearly how long it takes. Unfortunatly since getting the shot, i've been bitten by the nesting bug so im sure thats going to formulate it worst. This is run of the mill, any birth control once you stop messes up your period...I'm on it as well my subsequent appointment is in may I'm done taking to...i will only be on it for 3 months to...and next i heard all the stories to.its crazy, i own been spotting the whole time, i also hear it gives you cyst on ur breast...that's why i don't want to take it any more...
but to your interrogate prolly in another month to 2 months you period should start stern up...
