Cramps, no extent and on birth control

For the past 2 or 3 days, I've been have bad cramps - but I haven't had my length. I was due Saturday and I should have be done yesterday - I'm on Loestrin 24. I switched from Depo Provera about 3 months ago. The first month I was on this unknown birth control, I didn't get my period, and the 2nd month I be a few days late. I've never had this pre-period cramping until that time, and I don't think I'm pregnant.

Any suggestions?

Answers:    Give it a few more days - your body may still be adjusting, or you may enjoy external factors (stress, etc) that are delaying your interval. If you still don't get it in a few days, contribute your doctors or pharmacist a call..
Sometimes when you switch meds, your body has to gain used to the new medication. This has happen to me since I have taken several different birth control pills. Your body should even out, but if this goes on for highly long, I would consult your doctor or gynecologist.
