Just for the record, I had sex give or take a few a month and a half ago. A week after I last have sex I got my period, and afterwards got my period 30 days after that (a little belated, but still got it). It's now be a week after my last period, and i'm starting to bring really bad pains in the ovaries (or only just the sides of my stomach). What could this mean? I doubt i'm pregnant, seeing as a.) I used condoms, and b.) Got my period (and fundamentally heavy too). Is there some underlying issue I should be worried around?

Answers:    This cramping could be something left over from the period (an example only). Another possibility is that you could be starting to ovulate sooner this month (another example only), but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to rule out things close to a cyst (yet another example only) which depending on size can cause cramping.
